Tiffany has studied with Rev. Joan Block for 15 years and is a certified life coach by the Academy of Applied Psychology. An empathic, neurodivergent creative and energetic healer. I use practical structures of coach training infused with spiritual principles in order to navigate your own tools to self-soothe, process emotions, relieve stress, and combat negative self-talk.
